The boat can accommodate two anglers. A deposit of 50% is
required to confirm a reservation and must be received by
Gone at Dawn within two weeks of the initial booking. A confirmation
letter will be sent to you and that balance is payable the
day of the trip. Payments can be made by cheque, money order
or cash. Cheques should be made payable to Robert Suitor.
Cancellation: Dates fill up weeks and often months in advance,
I have learned over the years that a cancellation policy is
a good way to protect both Gone at Dawn and the clients. Gone
at Dawn must receive written notice of cancellation 20 days
prior to the date of your trip. Your deposit will be refunded
minus a $25.00 booking fee. If notice is received less than
20 days notice your deposit will not be refunded however you
can apply the deposit to a new date within in one calendar
year.
